I have disclosed any and all history of behaviors that may result in injury or harm to Pet(s), TGTF members, volunteers, and/ or animals. (ie aggression toward other animals, bite history, destructive behaviors, etc.)

Pet Owner is aware they do not have any protected right to updated information or any information regarding any and all animals that are surrendered. TGT Farm does not guarantee continued communication or updates.

I understand that there is a surrender fee due at the time of surrender.
