I understand that submitting this application does NOT guarantee adoption.
I understand that a meet & greet does NOT guarantee adoption.
I understand & agree that TGT Farm has first right of refusal for transfer of ownership of this animal. This means that legally, this animal must be returned to TGT Farm before any transfer of ownership.
I understand that there is no such thing as a perfect pet only appropriate or “perfect” matches. If I find that we are having struggles I agree to reach out to TGTFarm immediately for assistance in working through the behaviors. TGTFarm does offer training as well and consultations.
I understand that TGT Farm spends money on the care of every animal. Adoption fees help us offset some of those food, medical & care costs.
I understand that all adoption fees/ deposits that I may pay are non-refundable.
I agree to provide regular annual veterinary care to this animal, including but not limited to vaccinations recommended by your veterinarian.
I agree to schedule an initial veterinary visit within 10 days of adoption.
I agree to provide or updated a microchip for this animal within 10 days of adoption or based on the recommendation of my veterinarian.
I agree to spay or neuter this animal based on veterinary recommendations of age of reproductive maturity and with no exceptions unless providing written notice by veterinarian to TGTFarm. If I fail to do so, I agree that any offspring of this animal are the legal property of TGTFarm and will be surrendered for TGTFarm.
I understand & agree that I will abide by all agreements both written & verbal to provide the best care possible for this animal. Further more, I agree to follow all animal ownership laws in the state of Indiana.
