Our turkey have their own indoor/ outdoor apartment in the barn with a fully enclosed run. Their own pasture is grown in their run & we have an oak sappling started for them! 
   Priority sales go to those with deposits. Sold as whole turkeys, frozen & ready to thaw & roast for the best tasting turkey you've ever had! 
 
  Our farm production is focused on quality & flavor. Our breeds are all highly rated & our animals are all given the most natural lives possible. We origionally had our turkeys free range & they were flighty & stressed. Predators that were not a problem for our other animals were continuing to catch our turkeys. We made the hard descion to put them on lockdown & we immediately noticed they were happier. Once we realized they were happier & safer, the decision was made to build them an extra large enclosure. Happy animals taste the best! 
 
We focus on Bourbon Red Turkeys, an award winning breed of American Turkey. On the Livestock Conservencies 'watch list' for endangered species, our goal is to do our part by establishing a sustainable flock here in Indiana. We fell in love with this breed as they are known for being the best tasting with tender, juicy & flavorful meat. With a slightly sweet, nutty taste this turkey is award winning in blind taste tests & a favorite among foodies!

Deposits are non-refundable & not transferable to other purchases.
Deposit reserves your order & the total deposit ammount goes toward the total cost of product. 
Orders will be filled first come, first served. 
We cannot guarantee a timeframe for when this product will be available, as in farming there are far too many factors to effect timelines. 
If for any reason we are unable to fullfill your order, your deposit will be fully refunded.

Our Turkey is $20/ pound.
Turkey average 14-20 pounds at time of processing. This is just an estimate, weight may vary.
